Our Mission

To support Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge in terms of preserving, protecting and restoring the biological diversity at both the Hakalau and Kona Forest Units, while simultaneously providing wildlife-dependent recreation such as birding and photography, education, cultural experiences and scientific research. We are all volunteers working cooperatively with the Refuge to achieve our goals.
