You can charge $80/hr by looking it up on google for them and fixing it for them. Then tell them IE sucks and that you are installing a better browser, Firefox, and that it acts exactly like IE, but instead of Favorites you have Bookmarks, and all of your information is already in Firefox right from where they left off on IE. If you add in the Session Manager, and a few other items, they will never know what they did without Firefox. Then you will probably have to save them less often too.

Interesting that the billboard mentions 'starve the beast'. It is a conservative economic philosophy that deliberately creates huge deficits as a mechanism by which to try and force cuts in social programs (except the military for some reason).
