Nagin is a New Orleans native -- HE KNOWS New Orleans gets hits by hurricanes all the time!New Orleans had an evacuation plan. The plan included using school and city buses to get everyone out of the city. RAY NAGIN FAILED TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN. The only time a school bus was used was when a teenager broke into one, hotwired it, and drove as many people as he could fit on it to Texas.The thing to keep in mind is that the Democrats run New Orleans; it's a Democrat stronghold. They knew that the school buses were part of the evacuation plan. I see a lot of people somehow comparing HP or LOTR with Twilight. They are entirely different. The former are fantasy novels, with genuine stories written by good writers. Twilight has a weak fantasy premise, but the focus is on the relationship between Belle and Edward, and somehow it's called a romance novel when it's more like about the adventures of a cannibalistic pedovire (pedobear + vampire = Edward) and her Stockholm Syndrome emo food.
